Charlie Dispenzieri, Senior Counsel
“There’s no wrong answer when it comes to collaborating. People here embrace the opportunity to hear something new. That’s what inclusion and diversity looks like.”
To me, a high-performance culture is exemplified by a large group of individuals from different backgrounds moving forward together to accomplish a common goal. After my time as a Navy pilot, my second career as an attorney began here at Sempra. Surprisingly, I have observed several similarities between my experiences in the Navy and my experiences here. When you are flying, safety is paramount. You are encouraged to speak up if you have any concerns or if you believe something can be improved. Likewise, at Sempra, employees at all levels are available and willing to collaborate to solve problems or to improve upon current practices.
